This is the last of the Royal hotels, a small chain of local hotels catering to the traveler on a budget. Closest to the Jalan Braga nightlife, the hotel has clearly seen better days.

 

The Royal Palace offers 40 large modern air-conditioned rooms.

 

The air conditioners worked, bathroom was spotless and toilet came with complimentary toiletries. Cable television is available in the rooms.

 

There is no swimming pool. The restaurant serves local, Chinese, and European food. The Royal Palace is a good choice if you intend to spend a lot of time binging at the Braga. Otherwise the other Royal Hotels offer more comfortable rooms.
