TOUR PACKAGE
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The tour prices are non commissions
- Reservation in advance is requested for guarantee reservation.
- Confirmation should be made not later 2 (two) weeks and during high season 3 (three weeks prior to the date of arrival.
- Cancellation fee will be applied if the tour confirmed are cancelled less than 10 days or less than the cut of period prior to the date of arrival.
- No Show fee will be charged for the whole package period unless it is negotiated.
- Other terms and conditions will apply upon your confirmation.
TERM OF PAYMENT
- An advance payment is requested for each reservation within 10 (ten) days prior to the date of arrival.
- Payment by credit card will be charged 3 % of the total as bank administration fee.
HOTEL RESERVATION
TERMS & CONDITIONS - RATES
- GIT rates are negotiable on ad-hoc basis with minimum 15 rooms.
- Our rates are guaranteed unless in circumstances of ‘sold-out’ status and ‘black-out’ dates such as convention and exhibition periods.
- Upon reservation, arrival and departure flight details should be indicated.
RESERVATIONS
- Reservation in advance is requested for guarantee reservation.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
- Check in : 2.00 p.m. All early arrival shall be charged as one night stay.
- Check Out : 12.00 noon. Rooms requiring late check out up to 4.00 p.m. on the day of Departure, the additional charge of 50 % will be posted.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Cancellation fee will be applied if the room confirmed are cancelled less than 5 days or less than the cut of period prior to the date of arrival
NO-SHOW CHARGE :
- No show will be charge at one room night accordingly at hotel room rate.
GROUP CANCELATION CHARGES
- In case of group cancelation, a written notice must be received by us at least 15 days prior to the group’ arrival. Cancelation made within 7 days is subject to a 50 % cancelation fee and if within 3 days or no show, a fee of 100 % of full room charge for the first night may apply.
COMPLIMENTARY ROOM POLICY
- Our Company will provide one (01) complimentary room for every fifteen (15) paid rooms. This offer applies to bonafide Tour Leaders/Escorts only.
FAMILY PLAN
- Children under 9 years of age sharing the same room with parents utilising existing room bedding are free charge.
- Maximum number of person per room : 3 adult,or 2 adults with 1 child or 1 adult with 2 children under 9 years, infants are free of charge.
